What are your standard payment terms?
Commercial / Pricing
Our standard payment terms are Net 30 from invoice date, with 10% retainage until substantial completion. For projects exceeding $500,000, we offer milestone-based billing aligned with project phases. We accept payment via check, wire transfer, or ACH. Early payment discounts of 2% are available for payment within 10 days. For long-term projects, we can discuss customized payment schedules to meet your budgetary requirements.
